I find it amusing how all the illustrators and designers who send self-promotions to the magzine use Andy Warhol stamps. As if to say, "Look! Credibility! No cute kittens or silly flags for me!" I mean, I use them too, which somehow makes it even funnier. All these artists flocking to buy mass-produced stamps of the king of crass commercialism.

Of course, I also buy them because I think Andy was one of the funniest people who ever lived. Not that that makes me any cooler.

Aw, and now the post office is selling bat stamps. Appropriate for the time of year, and cute with their big ears. If only there were a stamp with the square-winged bat from Nine Ways to Spot Evil at Tea-Time towel. I'd buy them in a heartbeat.
